Terms of Service

EFFECTIVE DATE: SEPTEMBER 2026 · CRAFTEGON LLP

1. Scope of Engagement

QuizEgon provides interactive event hosting, Quiz Master emceeing, audio-visual technical setups, and cloud-based quizzing software solutions under the operational governance of CraftEgon LLP.

2. Event Booking & Logistics

Bookings for physical campus championships, corporate offsites, and venue residencies are confirmed upon execution of a written service proposal. Clients are responsible for providing adequate venue access, stable electrical supply, and safe operating environments for QuizEgon personnel and equipment.

3. Intellectual Property

All proprietary software architecture, live question databases, visual motion assets, and event brand identities remain the intellectual property of CraftEgon LLP. No unauthorized reproduction or broadcast of curated question sets is permitted without prior written consent.

4. Limitation of Liability

QuizEgon shall not be liable for venue-side technical failures, third-party internet service interruptions, or power outages outside our direct operational control.
