We collect participant names and nicknames provided during live arena sessions, as well as institutional details (name, official email, telephone number, organization name, and estimated audience size) submitted through our booking and demonstration inquiry forms.

2. Purpose of Data Use

Information gathered through event booking forms is utilized exclusively to provide event proposals, technical demonstrations, and contractual fulfillment. Participant responses collected during live games are processed in real time to calculate scores and display session leaderboards.

3. Data Protection & Sharing

QuizEgon and CraftEgon LLP do not sell, rent, or lease client inquiry records or participant information to third-party advertisers. All data is processed over secure HTTPS connections.
